Short version: if the book isn't useful to you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
Refunds
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, for any reason. Email hello@aiprolab.in with the email address you used at checkout and your Razorpay payment ID.
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank or card provider.
After a refund, your licence to use the book ends, and we ask that you delete your copy.
Cancellations
Because the book is delivered instantly by email, an order can't be cancelled once payment is complete. Please request a refund instead, as described above.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money left your account but you didn't receive a confirmation, or you were charged twice, contact us with the payment details. Failed payments are normally reversed automatically by your bank. Duplicate payments are refunded in full.
Download problems
If you can't open or download the file, contact us first. We'll send a fresh link or another format at no cost.
