These terms apply when you buy or use any product from AIProLab, a brand operated by ABDUL JAWAD K T ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to them.
1. Products
We sell digital products, such as ebooks in PDF format. Our current product is The ₹0 Ad Agency (2026 Edition) at ₹299. No physical item is shipped.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on the product page before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
3. Delivery
The download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes. See our Shipping & delivery policy.
4. Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the book. You may not share, resell, upload, publish or distribute it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
5. No guarantee of results
Our products teach methods and share information. Advertising and business results depend on many things outside our control, including your product, offer, budget and market. We do not promise any specific sales, profit or return on ad spend.
6. Advertising spend
Money you spend on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads or any other platform is separate from your purchase and is paid by you directly to that platform.
7. Accuracy and updates
We check our content carefully, but platforms such as Meta change often, and menu names or features may differ from what is described. When we release an updated edition for major platform changes, existing buyers receive it free at the same email address.
8. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & refunds policy.
9. Trademarks
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of their owners. AIProLab is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [Your city], Kerala.
